Be a part of a group class learning strategies for living a more vibrant life in a fun supportive environment. Investigate meaningful ways to affect sustainable change in your life. Mobilize internal strengths and external resources while engaging in compassion towards yourself and others. Inspire and be inspired.
(2 hour market consultation)
Learn how to read labels, where to shop and what to look for when buying healthy foods.
(2 hour cooking instruction)
Learn cooking basics and learn to trust yourself in the kitchen! Expenses not included in price.
(approximately 1 hour)
Join a group fitness class to work-on strength, flexibility and balance. I employ body weight exercises, free weights, stability discs, stability balls, TRX, and more. No two classes are the same! Classes are limited in size (max about 6) so you get a lot of attention even in a group setting.
(approximately 1 hour)
